Year: 1953 A Dave Brubeck classic.
Year: 2007 I’m starting to really like Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, so here is one of their best known songs. It’s a collaboration between Akon (which, unfortunately, is the only reason it’s getting radio airtime).
Origin/Composer: Richie McDonald, Frank J. Myers, Don Pfrimmer Year: 2004 Don’t get stuck in the past dudes.
Year: 1982 Another one of those songs that I haven’t heard in a long time. I heard it once at a Phi Sig Bar Night clean-up/afterparty, and ever since then, I’ve been hearing it everywhere.
Year: 1999 I try to put this song in most of my mixes that I make. It’s like a signature of sorts. Last year, we could submit CD’s to our dining hall, and they would play it, so I submitted a CD that became one of the most popular CD’s in our dining hall, and in it was this song, and everyone wondered who it was that made this mix that had this amazingly nostalgic song in it, and mostly people never found out.
Year: 1976 A beautiful, bittersweet song. There’s nothing like music to make you think and wonder, and the lyrics in this song are wonderfully poetic and thoughtful and charged with soft emotion. This song again from their Hell Freezes Over concert.
Year: 2006 I’ve heard this song so much the past few weeks that it just had to be here. And I really like it, too.
Origin/Composer: Larry Weiss Year: 1975 So, I just figured out what a rhinestone is. Thanks. This song makes more sense now.
Year: 2003 This always appears when I accidentally search for “Starry Night” instead of “Vincent” on ultimateguitar.com, so I decided to see what it sounds like by going to YouTube. When I found out that Joe Satriani’s music is awesome, I decided to download his entire anthology album with my $30 iTunes Gift Card.
Year: 2003 Another Talisman wonder.
